You must fill out an application before volunteering.

You must be at least 13 years old to volunteer. Both teens and adults are welcome!

Once processed, you will receive an email detailing further details and job shift sign-ups. All volunteering will occur during our Holiday Sale 2025--between mid November and late December.

NOTES:

If applying for kitchen related positions, including “Kitchen Assistant”, please make sure to acquire your Food Worker's License from https://www.foodworkercard.wa.gov

It should take 1 hour to complete the course & certification. It will last for 2 years before renewal is required.

Return volunteers from 2024 WILL need to fill out a new volunteering application for 2025; many aspects of operation and roles have changed from the 2024 Holiday Sale. However, if you had completed your WA state food worker's card last year, you can re upload said card again OR have us check our records--as these cards are valid for 2 years.
